Choices: What Choice Would Your Teen Make?

I had the pleasure of reading book 1 in a soon to be 4 book series of Nicole O’Dells. It actually will be more than 4 as time goes on, but books 3 and 4 are soon to be released. Each book is an interactive book and you the reader get to choose what way you think the teen should pick. Today’s teens will be faced with many difficult choices, some far worse than presented, which is very scary.
What can we as parents do to ensure that they make the right ones? There is no way to guarantee that they will pick the right one, which makes this book even more fun because you can read it both ways. You see what happens when they choose the right way and you see the consequences of the wrong way. As parents the best we can do is communicate with our teens and this means all the time, not just when things aren’t going well. If you see any changes in your teen that indicate they may have a problem address it immediately.
Make time for your teens and learn to trust them. The fear of losing your trust could be a deciding factor in them making the right choices.

As parents we aren’t ever sure we did the right thing, so having a book that gives us a chance to think about consequences is a good thing. Getting a free copy is even better!
